Price

All prices and charges listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all prices and charges are inclusive of GST (Australia Goods & Services Tax).

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or calculation error, we shall have the right to cancel any orders placed for products/services listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been made. All prices and charges on the site are subject to change without notice.

Delivering your order

When an order is finalised, the strata report will be sent to your email in PDF format.

We do not guarantee that our reports are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our reports are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those specified.

Cancellation Policy

MyStrata Report reserves the right to charge fees in accordance with the following:

• Once your order is placed and confirmed a cancellation fee of $100 inc. GST will apply 
• No cancellation can be made once the inspection has been conducted.
• If we are unable to complete your report due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you immediately and full refund will be proceeded as soon as practicable.
