Cancellation Policy
MyStrata Report reserves the right to charge fees in accordance with the following:
- Once your order is placed and confirmed a cancellation fee of $100 inc. GST will apply
- No cancellation can be made once the inspection has been conducted.
- If we are unable to complete your report due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you immediately and full refund will be proceeded as soon as practicable.
